In addition, some programme activities and sessions may be conducted virtually where appropriate. As iThrive Rural continues to grow, plans are underway to introduce a more comprehensive virtual learning experience, making the programme accessible to a wider audience regardless of location. Foundation Tier (4 Weeks): This introductory level helps learners build essential foundations in digital skills, personal development, and entrepreneurship. It is designed for beginners and serves as the entry point into the iThrive Rural ecosystem. 2. Growth Tier (8 Weeks): Learners deepen their knowledge, develop practical skills, complete projects, and gain greater confidence in applying what they have learned. This tier focuses on growth, competence, and readiness for greater opportunities. 3. Launch Tier (12 Weeks): This advanced level is designed to help participants transform their skills into tangible outcomes such as income-generating activities, business ventures, community initiatives, freelance opportunities, or career advancement.
